19.5″ Elo 2002L Full HD LCD Touch Signage

The 19.5-inch Elo 2002L Touchscreen Monitor, product code E396119, is a commercial-grade interactive display designed for point-of-sale systems, self-service kiosks, point-of-information stations, customer-facing displays, interactive applications, and other high-traffic commercial environments. This configuration features a zero-bezel, edge-to-edge glass design, an anti-glare surface, and an adjustable desktop stand. The 2002L connects to a separate computer or compatible compute device and does not contain its own operating system or internal processor.

The 19.5-inch active-matrix TFT LCD with LED backlighting features a 1920 × 1080 Full HD resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, and wide 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Typical brightness is 250 nits for the LCD panel and 225 nits through the TouchPro touchscreen, while the typical response time is 20 milliseconds. Elo’s current product specifications list a 3,000:1 contrast ratio.

Elo’s TouchPro projected-capacitive technology supports up to 10 simultaneous touch points, providing responsive tablet-like interaction. The E396119 configuration uses a USB touch interface and features clear anti-glare glass designed for continuous use in public and customer-facing environments.

Video and device connectivity includes HDMI, Mini-VGA, USB for touch input, an audio input jack, and DC power input. The required Mini-VGA-to-VGA cable, HDMI cable, USB touch cable, audio cable, and power adapter are included. Integrated audio is provided by two internal 2W speakers.

The 2002L supports compatible optional peripherals including magnetic-stripe readers, fingerprint scanners, 2D barcode scanners, NFC/RFID accessories, payment-device cradles, status lights, webcams, cameras, and an Elo Edge Connect speaker bar. Compatible accessories allow the monitor to be configured for point-of-sale, customer engagement, identification, payment, and self-service applications.

The E396119 includes an adjustable desktop stand and features both 75 × 75 mm and 100 × 100 mm four-hole VESA mounting interfaces for compatible wall mounts, pole mounts, shelf mounts, floor stands, and other commercial mounting systems. With the stand installed, the monitor measures approximately 352.3 × 488.3 × 193.4 mm and weighs 11.68 lb (5.3 kg). The monitor is backed by Elo’s three-year standard warranty.
