The 10.1-inch Elo 1004L Touchscreen Monitor, product code E968703, is a commercial-grade interactive display designed for point-of-sale systems, self-service kiosks, kitchen display systems, warehouse automation, access control, human-machine interfaces, and other professional applications. Its compact, low-profile design is supplied without a desktop stand, making it suitable for wall mounts, pole mounts, kiosk enclosures, and other VESA-compatible installations. The 1004L connects to a separate computer, point-of-sale terminal, or compatible compute device.

The 10.1-inch active-matrix TFT LCD features a 1280 × 800 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 800:1 contrast ratio, and 170-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Typical brightness is 400 nits for the LCD panel and 360 nits through the TouchPro touchscreen, while the typical response time is 30 milliseconds. Its optically bonded, anti-glare display also includes low-blue-light settings to improve viewing comfort and display clarity.

Elo’s TouchPro projected-capacitive technology supports up to 10 simultaneous touch points, providing accurate and responsive multi-touch interaction. Touch Through capability supports compatible gloves and additional layers of films or filters. The edge-to-edge glass surface is scratch-resistant, while the monitor’s IP54-sealed design provides protection against dust and spills and its IK07 rating provides resistance against physical impact.

Video and device connectivity includes USB Type-C, Mini-DisplayPort, HDMI, DC power input, and four micro-USB Elo Edge Connect ports. USB Type-C supports compatible video, touch, and power connections, and the monitor can provide up to 18W of USB-C power delivery for a compatible Elo Pay 7 device. Integrated audio is provided by two internal 2W speakers.

The four Elo Edge Connect ports support compatible accessories such as barcode scanners, payment-device cradles, magnetic-stripe readers, RFID readers, fingerprint scanners, cameras, status lights, and the Elo Edge Connect speaker bar. Compatible peripherals can be attached directly to the display’s edges, allowing the monitor to be configured for payment, identification, inventory, point-of-sale, and self-service applications.

The E968703 does not include a desktop stand and features a 75 × 75 mm VESA mounting interface. Without a stand, the monitor measures approximately 249 × 168 × 25 mm and weighs approximately 1.98 lb (0.90 kg).
