10.1″ Elo 1002L HD LCD Touch Signage (Non-Touch)

The 10.1-inch Elo 1002L Customer-Facing Display, product code E324341, is a commercial-grade non-touch LCD monitor designed for point-of-sale systems, customer-facing transaction displays, order confirmation, promotional content, digital signage, hospitality applications, and other commercial installations where touch interaction is not required. Its compact, anti-glare design allows businesses to present pricing, transaction details, advertisements, menus, and customer information without occupying significant counter space.

The 10.1-inch active-matrix TFT LCD with LED backlighting features a 1280 × 800 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 800:1 contrast ratio, and wide 170-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. The LCD panel provides up to 350 nits of typical brightness, while its anti-glare surface helps maintain visibility under commercial lighting. Typical response time is 29 milliseconds.

The E324341 is the non-touch configuration of the Elo 1002L. It does not include projected-capacitive touch functionality and is intended to operate as a secondary or customer-facing display connected to a separate point-of-sale system, computer, or compatible Elo device.

Video and device connectivity includes USB Type-C with DisplayPort Alternate Mode, HDMI, Micro-VGA, a 3.5 mm line-in audio jack, and 12V DC power input. USB Type-C can carry video and power through a compatible host connection, helping simplify cable management. Integrated audio is provided by two internal 2W speakers.

The display also includes three micro-USB Elo Edge Connect ports, positioned along its top and sides, for compatible Elo accessories. Supported peripherals include selected barcode scanners, magnetic-stripe readers, fingerprint readers, RFID readers, status lights, webcams, payment-device cradles, and other Edge Connect accessories.

A 75 × 75 mm VESA mounting interface supports installation on compatible countertop stands, wall mounts, pole mounts, shelf mounts, and customer-display brackets. When installed as a rear-facing customer display on compatible EloPOS systems, Elo specifies the E835969 rear-facing display mount and E969524 two-foot USB-C cable. The monitor measures approximately 254.8 × 177.5 × 29 mm, weighs approximately 1.95 lb (0.88 kg) without packaging, and carries a three-year standard manufacturer warranty.
